We all have an energy field (Aura), which extends beyond our bodies, and our body is covered in energy points (meridians), which are interconnected in a matrix format.
Our body has seven major energy centres called Chakras, running from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Energy flows in and out of our bodies through the Chakras; to and from our environment, as well as to and from the people we meet throughout the day.
Trauma or any disturbance in the flow of energy can cause the Chakras to block, become sluggish or imbalanced, and this can lead to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual illness or disease.
Energy healing works to clear blockages in the Chakras, allowing the body to restore its natural balance and heal itself.?
What attracted me to Energy Healing?
I first experienced Energy medicine, when I was pregnant with my youngest daughter in 1999. An admission to hospital with a diagnosis of Pre-eclampsia, 21 weeks into my pregnancy, signified that I had a scary path ahead. I was very afraid for my baby, and reached out to a friend who was an energy therapist, grasping for hope. Within days after receiving a short energy clearing session, my blood tests were normal, and I was sent home. As my pregnancy progressed the condition returned, and I continued to have energy therapy. I knew the energy work saved her and I will always be thankfully that my daughter was born perfectly healthy at 36weeks.
I started my own journey into becoming an Bioenergy therapist in 2014, with Tom Griffin at the Hidden Mind School Claremorris, Co. Mayo. I now practice Energy Healing in the beautiful West Coast of Ireland, focusing primarily on Distance Healing, so that I can help clients all over the world, to rebalance and restore their energy, and bring their bodies back to health.
